1. About ProMASS
ProMASS provides independent setup and maintenance support for customers using their own compatible devices, accounts and authorised services. ProMASS is co-owned and operated by The Wizard and . ProMASS is not affiliated with the Media App, device manufacturers, streaming services, internet providers or any other third party unless we tell you in writing.
2. What The Service Covers
The service may include helping with account setup, app configuration, profiles, library organisation, subtitles, playback settings, device compatibility and general maintenance support. The exact work, price and support arrangement are confirmed with you before paid work begins.
We do not guarantee that a third-party app, service, device feature or content provider will remain available, compatible or unchanged. Third parties control their own systems, rules, updates and content.
Services and third-party providers can occasionally experience maintenance, outages or other downtime. While this is uncommon, ProMASS cannot control or guarantee the availability of third-party systems and will work with you on reasonable next steps when an issue is identified.
For reliable playback and support, we recommend an internet connection of at least 100 Mbps. Actual performance can still vary with Wi-Fi quality, household usage, the device and the service being used.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You must have lawful access to every service, account and item of media you use.
- You must comply with the terms of the relevant device, app and service providers.
- You must provide accurate contact, device and support-request information.
- You are responsible for keeping your devices, email accounts and account recovery options secure.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, payment details, API keys or other highly sensitive credentials through this website, email or messages. ProMASS, The Wizard and will not ask you to send them.
4. Account Access And Security
Where account work is needed, use an account and email address that you control. You may change your password after setup. If your login or recovery details change, you are responsible for telling us only where that change is necessary for an agreed maintenance service. We may refuse a request that would require unsafe handling of credentials or access we cannot reasonably verify.
5. Fees, Subscriptions And Cancellation
Prices shown on the website are in Australian dollars and are subject to confirmation before checkout. If recurring payments are offered, they are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout; ProMASS does not receive or store your full card, bank-account or PayPal login details.
You can request cancellation by contacting AdminProMASS@gmail.com. Cancellation timing, any final service period and payment-provider requirements will be explained when a subscription is activated. Cancelling stops future renewals where possible; it does not automatically reverse charges for services already supplied, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Media access is subscription-based and is not a lifetime purchase. If payment stops, a recurring payment fails, or the subscription is cancelled, access to the Media App account and media provided through the ProMASS subscription ends at the end of the current paid period. Where there is no current paid period, access may be disabled immediately.
6. Refund Policy And Consumer Rights
ProMASS does not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, or a request to cancel after setup or maintenance work has started. This includes one-off setup work and recurring support subscriptions. Please make sure the service is right for you before you purchase.
If you cancel an ongoing subscription, future renewals will be stopped where possible, but payments already made for the current billing period are not refundable. Media access remains available only until the end of that paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing, and will not continue after the subscription ends.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or any refund, replacement or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe there is a problem with the service, contact ProMASS promptly so it can be assessed fairly.
7. Changes To The Service Or Terms
We may update this service or these terms to reflect changes to pricing, payment arrangements, technology, law or how the service operates. The current version will be published on this page. A material change to an active recurring arrangement will be communicated using the contact details we hold where reasonably practical.
8. Credits And Movie Artwork
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie artwork and titles shown on the website are supplied by TMDB for display in the website preview only.
